How to make Royal Falooda

  • Mix milk and sugar in a pan and boil for 3 minutes. Remove pan from heat and cool it down.
  • Empty into a bowl and add rose essence, chopped fresh fruits. Mix well and make it chill in the refrigerator
  • Soak basil seeds in ¾ cup of lukewarm water for 20 minutes and set it in a separate place.
  •  Pour the strawberry syrup in falooda glasses and add basil seeds and the chopped nuts. Divide the chilled rose milk among the falooda glasses you have in place.
  • Top it with your vanilla ice cream and mix well.
  • Serve at once.
