How to make Mutton Roast Recipe

  • Slice onions. Wash and cut the mutton into pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the sliced onions and mutton to the pan.
  • Fry deeply for 6 minutes or until the sliced onion and mutton change to golden brown.
  • Add 2 tbsp water and boil for 5 minutes. Add salt and the pepper and stir well.
  • Turn down the flame and allow the mixture to simmer but you can add more pepper as per your taste.
  • Serve at once.
