The combination of oats and mango is not not only delicious, but also healthy. This recipe is easy to make and takes very little time to prepare.

How to make Oats Mango Phirni

  1. Blend mango pieces into a puree.
  2. Combine roasted oats & semolina and add 1/2 cup milk. Stir to make a paste and let rest for 20 mins.
  3. Boil remaining milk in a pan. Keep stirring till the milk reduces in volume.
  4. Add oats-rava paste. Stir frequently to avoid any lumps.
  5. Add 1/2 cup sugar and stir well.
  6. Add mango puree and cardamom powder.
  7. Stir well and cook for a minute.
  8. Remove from the heat and let cool.
  9. Enjoy chilled!
