How to Make Oats Rava Bread Toast

  1. Grind grated ginger and green chilies to a smooth paste.
  2. Soak rava in 3/4 cup buttermilk for 2 hours.
  3. Dry roast oats in pan or kadhai for few seconds then remove from heat.
    1. Let cool.
  4. Grind to a coarse powder in a mixer.
    1. Set aside.
    2. Mix oats powder with soaked rava after 2 hours.
  5. Add remaining buttermilk, grated carrot, coriander, ginger-chili paste and salt.
    1. Mix everything well.
  6. Add little buttermilk as necessary and prepare thick batter of pouring consistency.
  7. Heat a tava or frying pan.
    1. Apply little oil/butter on one side of bread slice and toast it.
    2. Spread oats-rava mixture in athin layer on the toasted side.
  8. Turn the other side of bread and apply little oil/ghee.
  9. Toast the bread slice till it turns brown on both sides.
  10. Remove from the heat and proceed with other bread slices.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
