    Ingredients

    How to Make Denver Sandwich

    1. Chop up the green pepper and set it aside until it is needed.
    2. Chop up the onions as well and set them aside until they are needed.
    3. Chop the bacon slices into small pieces and set them aside until they are needed.
    4. Take a non-stick frying pan and put it on the stove on low heat.
    5. Add olive oil into the pan.
    6. Once the oil is heated up, add chopped green pepper, chopped onion and bacon pieces into it.
    7. Stir-fry it for a couple of minutes.
    8. Season them with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
    9. Cook the bacon, onion and green pepper until the bacon is tender.
    10. Whisk 4 eggs in a bowl until the green pepper, onions and the bacon cook.
    11. Once, the ingredients in the pan are completely cooked, spill the whisked eggs on top of them.
    12. Make sure that the eggs covers all the ingredients in the pan.
    13. Cover the pan and let the eggs cook for at least 5 to 10 minutes.
    14. When you remove the lid, you should have the omelet ready.
    15. Toast the slices of bread.
    16. Cut the omelet in the pan in four equal pieces.
    17. Place on piece one top of one slice and cover the sandwich with the other slice of bread.
    18. You can make about three more sandwiches with the rest of the omelet.
    19. Enjoy!
