How to make Potato Sandwich Recipe

  • In a bowl add mashed potato, green chilies, red chili powder, garam. masala powder, cumin seed powder, coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Check the taste of stuff prepared, if required add salt and chili powder.
  • Spread butter on the bread slices.
  • Spread potato stuffing on the buttered bread slice.
  • Cover the bread slice with the other slice.
  • Place the potato sandwich in a grilled sandwich maker.
  • Let it grill for 2 to 3mins till the sandwich turns little crisp.
  • Serve the yummy potato sandwich with tomato ketchup.
