1 egg
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 cloves garlic—minced
2 tsp oregano seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste

How to make Chicken Meatballs Recipe

  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken, whisked egg, parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic, oregano seasoning, and salt, and knead well.
  2. Scoop chicken mixture to make balls, one inch in diameter.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over high flame, add oil, and deep fry meatballs till golden brown.
  4. Place fried meatballs on paper towels to drain out excessive oil.
  5. Serve hot with a chutney, dip or sauce.

Chicken meatballs go well with spaghetti sauce. You can also pack meatballs in a Vaya tiffin to share with colleagues during coffee breaks!
