1 spring onion – properly chopped
2 - 3 tsp soy sauce
½ tsp paprika
1 lemon
1 tsp black pepper
1 bell pepper
1 tsp white vinegar

    Chicken Macaroni

    Chicken macaroni is a delicious dish that’s quite simple to prepare. This dish can be a one-pot meal. There are many varieties of this dish and some can be prepared days before baking it. This particular recipe is basically made with elbow macaroni and chicken breast. If you don’t have elbow macaroni, don’t stress, you can use any other type of macaroni you have.

    However, it is not advisable to use packaged pre-cooked chicken breast strip; this won’t give the dish the same amazing taste as fresh chicken breasts. To make this dish truly mouth-watering, this recipe includes some ingredients such as white vinegar, paprika, soy sauce,  andgarlic paste, amongst others.

    How to make Chicken Macaroni


    1. Boil macaroni with oil and salt (to taste) for 5-8 minutes.
      1. Strain the macaroni and rinse with cold water, then spray a little oil on it.
    2. Cut the chicken into small pieces and marinate using black pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, and salt.
      1. Set it aside for about 40 minutes before cooking.
    3. Fry the chicken you marinated in a large frying pan, with 2 tbsp of oil, for 3 minutes.
    4. Put 2 tbsp of oil in another pan.
      1. Mix the garlic paste and chopped spring onion, and plunk the mixture into the pan.
      2. Add the fried chicken, bell pepper, soy sauce, paprika, lemon juice, and salt.
      3. Cookeverything for 1-2 minutes.
    5. Add the boiled macaroni to the mixture then sprinkle over with Chinese salt, vinegar, and black pepper.
      1. Mix everything well.
    6. Your chicken macaroni is ready to serve. Enjoy.
