- 1 cup semolina
- 125 ml yogurt
- 125 ml water
- 40 grams frozen peas
- 2 tbsp chopped onions
- 1 small carrot (grated)
- Handful chopped green beans
- 8 grams ginger, peeled and made into paste
- 1-2 green chillies, chopped finely
- 1 tsp red chilli powder or to taste
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 3 tbsp oil
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 3/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
