How to Make Green Pepper Juice

  1. Wash all the vegetables thoroughly.
  2. Peel the cucumber and carrots.
  3. Cut off the stalk of the green bell pepper.
  4. Juice all the ingredients through a juicing machine. Alternately, you can also combine all the ingredients in a blender and add half a cup of water and blend for 30 seconds. A creamy green smoothie will be a healthier option as it will retain most of the fiber.
