2 tbsp cornflour
½ cup caster sugar
100 ml fresh cream

How to make Eggless Desserts

  • Scoop 3 tablespoons of jackfruit and set aside
  • Blend the remaining jackfruit without adding any water
  • Use a non-stick pan to boil your milk, leaving it to simmer and reduce significantly. Stir the milk as it simmers, constantly scrapping the pan edges, until the milk remaining is ¼ of the original amount.
  • Add in the cream and stir
  • Add in the sugar
  • Let the milk solution continue heating, until milk thickens
  • On the side, put a teaspoon of water into your corn flour and mix, leaving no lumps
  • Now add that flour mixture into the milk solution and continue heating till mixture is nicely thick
  • Add in the blended jackfruit and stir properly, then remove from heat.
  • Let the mixture cool, then add in the chopped jackfruit
  • Put mixture in an airtight container
  • Put in freezer until it sets

Right there is one of the best eggless desserts you can make in a very short time. All that remains now is for you to scoop it into various bowls and serve. And if you wish, you can top each serving with bits of cherry, blackberry or something else of your choice.
