How to make Chocolate Ice Cream

  • Combine cocoa, sugar and the custard with a half cup of milk.
  • Heat the remaining milk and introduce the custard blend only when it starts boiling. Keep stirring to prevent the formation of lumps.
  • Allow the milk mixture to cool down to room temperature. When it is done, mix the vanilla essence and cream. Store it in an airtight container.
  • Freeze for four hours. Remove from the refrigerator and whip it in a mixer. Make sure it is blended well. Once again, place the mixture back inside the refrigerator.
  • Allow it to set and mix once more when done. Avoid the formation of ice crystals and put it back in the refrigerator for two more hours. Garnish the ice cream with cherries and nuts and then serve
