Did you know that chili contains more than seven times the vitamin C of oranges? This makes chili an excellent source of getting a range of nutrients including beta carotene, folic acid, potassium and vitamins A and E.

This makes chili an excellent means of reducing food contamination and can even be used for weight loss because of its ability to boost the body’s metabolism.
