1 kg chicken breasts (strips of skinless and boneless)
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
all-purpose flour
Ingredients for lemon glaze:
1/2 cup Honey
⅓ cup soy sauce
¼ cup pineapple juice
¼ cup Brown sugar
1 lemon
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp ground black pepper (ground)
1/2 tsp Garlic powder

    How to make Chicken Tenders

    • Season chicken strips with salt and pepper.
    • Dredge each chicken strip in flour, dip in buttermilk, and dredge the strips again.
    • Ensure that the strips are firmly coated with flour.
    • Heat a skillet over medium flame and drizzle some oil.
    • Shallow-fry chicken strips till golden brown.
    • Place fried chicken on a plate lined with paper towels.

    Preparation of Lemon Glaze

    • Mix all lemon glaze ingredient in a pan.
    • Place the pan over medium heat.
    • When the lemon glaze mixture begins to boil, lower the heat and let simmer for around 10 minutes.
    • Remove the pan off heat when the glaze thickens.
