How to make Carrot Pola

  1. Boil the carrots and drain the excess water. 
  1. Blend the cooked carrots, eggs, milk powder, sugar, and cardamom powder until smooth. 
  1. Spread the ghee evenly and heat in a saucepan on low flame. 
  1. Pour the paste into the saucepan. 
  1. Add cashews and raisins; cover the pan, and let simmer until finished. 
  1. Let cool and serve.
