1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
2 tbsp butterscotch topping
1 tbsp Butter
8 cups vanilla cream soda

    How to Make It

    1. Place the cream, spices, butterscotch topping, and butter in a bowl.
    2. Beat with a whisk for about 2 minutes until well blended. You don’t want to whip too long for it to become whipped cream. It should thicken though and there should be some increase in volume.
    3. Place the bowl in the freezer for about 15 minutes so it can become cold—it’s better that way.
    4. Carefully spoon cream mixture over vanilla cream soda in a mug.
