- 3/4 oz whisky
- 3/4 oz brandy
- 3/4 oz sweet vermouth
- 3/4 oz orange juice
- orange peel for garnish
The Blood and Sand is a classic cocktail. It is believed to be inspired by the 1922 movie, Blood and Sand. The fantastic cocktail has a touch of sweet citrus. Cherry Herring can be used instead of brandy, as it has a natural cherry flavor. In addition, fresh orange juice is suggested.
