1 lbs organic black Grapes
optional Sugar
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
a pinch salt

    How to Make It

    1. Rinse the black grapes well and drain.
    2. Place grapes into the blender and blend until smooth.
    3. Strain the juice with a strainer.
    4. Press the pulp in the strainer with a spoon so the juice can be drained.
    5. Taste and if it is too strong, add water. If it is not sweet, add some sugar.
    6. Add lemon juice and serve in a tumbler glass.
    7. Add a pinch of salt when serving.

    Grapes are believed to be the oldest cultivated fruits in the Near East and Europe, and they date back to between 6,000-8,000 years.
