Apple shake is quick and easy to prepare. It is basically a smooth blend of chilled milk and apple. However, in this recipe, cows’ milk is substituted with soya milk. You can quickly whip up a jar of apple milkshake with soya milk if you have guests who are lactose intolerant or strict vegans.

Health Benefits:

Do excuse us for quoting the cliché “An apple a day keeps the doctor away”. While, this does sound like an exaggeration, the adage goes to show that the humble apple is terribly abundant in vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants, and medicinal properties.

Apples are a rich source of fiber and therefore, help improve stomach and gut health.

Apples should be your go-to for midnight cravings, unjustified hunger pangs and food cravings. The fruit has very few calories and yet, rich in the better stuff. To make the best of apples, eat them without peeling the skins off!
