How to make Urad Dal Pakoda

  1. Soak the urad dal in water for about 3 hours. Drain.
  2. Blend the soaked urad dal and enough water to a smooth texture.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a deep bowl and add onions, cilantro, ginger, black pepper, salt, and rice flour. Mix well.
  4. Heat oil in a pan. Form the mixture into balls and fry until they turn golden brown in color on all sides.
  5. Serve immediately.
