    How to make Umm Ali

    • Heat the oven, unroll pastry sheets on baking sheet, bake for 10 minutes and you will know it is ready when it turns golden brown.
    • Break pastry into a bowl, pour in raisins, almonds, pine nuts, coconut, pistachio nuts, and mix well. Spread the pastry mixture evenly into your baking dish.
    • Stir in milk, sugar, vanilla into a saucepan and bring to boiling. Pour into the mixture contained in the baking dish.
    • Bake for 10 minutes, remove from heat and serve warm.
