How to make Tandoori Fish

  1. In a bowl, mix hung curd, 25ml oil, and spices to form a paste.
  2. In a pan, heat remaining oil over low flame, add gram flour, stir till color turns brown, and combine with spices.
  3. Dice fish, coat with marinade, and let spices soak for an hour.
  4. Transfer marinated fish to a baking tray and spread even.
  5. Pre-heat oven to 395°F and insert the baking dish on the topmost rack and let bake.
  6. After 7 minutes, turn fish over and bake for another 7 – 8 minutes.
  7. Once baked, baste fish to lock moisture. Your tandoori fish is done!
