2 cans of tuna (drained)
1 small green bell pepper (seeded and chopped)
1 ½ cups chopped sweet pickles
1⁄2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp garlic powder
salt to taste
½ tsp paprika

1 stalk celery (finely diced)

How to make Cold Tuna Macaroni Salad

  • Pour water in a large pot, add salt and bring it to boil.
  • Cook macaroni al dente.
  • Transfer macaroni to a bowl, add a tablespoon of oil and toss well.
  • Add tuna, bell pepper, sweet pickles, spring onion, and celery in the bowl of macaroni and toss it well.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, sweet relish, yellow mustard and mix together. Add salt to taste.
  • Add this dressing to the macaroni bowl and toss to combine well. Season with black pepper to taste.
  • In a serving bowl, arrange boiled egg wedges and spoon macaroni salad on top of it. Garnish with a drizzle of paprika.
  • Refrigerate to chill for at least 3 hours before serving it cold.
