    How to make Tamater ki Launji

    1. Heat ghee to a smoking point and splutter cumin seeds, immediately followed by the other spices, tomatoes, salt and sugar.
    2. Stir to combine and let cook for 3 to 4 minutes on high flame until the tomatoes are slightly tender.
      Note: Do not overcook as the curry may turn into a sauce.
    3. Garnish with slit green chilies and enjoy!
