How To Make Sweet Sour Chicken

  1. Add oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place chicken strips and toss until both sides roast completely.
  3. Transfer roasted chicken onto a plate.
  4. Mildly sauté green and red peppers in the remaining oil and let cook.
  5. Add pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, sugar, vinegar, and chicken stock and continue to stir. The contents boil and reduce.
  6. Mix cornstarch with 4 tsp of water, add to cooked pineapple, and let simmer.
  7. Add roasted chicken strips and let cook for 5 minutes until the dish thickens.
  8. Enjoy piping hot sweet and sour chicken with rice!
