    How to make Spinach pancake

    • Mix flour and eggs in a bowl and add spinach, salt, pepper, and paprika.
    • Heat oil in a saucepan, pour in the spinach mixture, stir and cook for 8 minutes and when it is brown on both sides, you’ll remove from heat.
    • Drain spinach pancake on paper towels and enjoy.
