How to Make Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe

  1. Take a deep pot.
  2. Pour water into the pot.
  3. Add salt to taste and 3 to 4 tablespoons of oil in it.
  4. Bring the water to boil.
  5. Now, add spaghetti into the pot and let it boil for a few minutes.
  6. Boil only until the spaghetti becomes a little cooked. Leave it slightly uncooked before taking it off the heat.
  7. Drain the hot water and run the spaghetti through cold water so it doesn’t stick together.
  8. Set it in a separate bowl until you need it for the sautéing in cheese and pepper.
  9. Take a separate non-stick pan.
  10. Add butter in the pan and let it melt on medium heat.
  11. Sprinkle a good amount of pepper on top of the butter so it gets favored as it melts.
  12. Now add broth in the pan.
  13. After a minute, add the spaghetti into the pan and cook for a couple of minutes so that the broth and butter can coat it completely.
  14. Now add the grated cheese into the pan still cooking the spaghetti on low heat.
  15. Turn off the heat and stir the spaghetti for a minute more.
  16. Pour out the Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe in a separate dish.
  17. Garnish it with more cheese and pepper and serve hot!
