How to Make Samandari Khazana

  • Wash the prawns and fish, and marinate them with ginger garlic paste and salt.
  • Place the food coloring and spices in the cream, along with gram and refined flour. Mix well, and dip fish and prawns in the mixture.
  • Put the marinated prawns and fish inside the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  • Half cook on charcoal, and then put sesame seeds on them before fully cooking. Serve with sauce.
