Ingredients
- 10 jumbo prawns, medium size, with the tails on, but without the shells
- 300 gram of grouper or hammour fish. You can have one fillet of bekti for some 10 small cubes
- 2 tablespoons of ginger and garlic paste
- salt for some taste
- 1 teaspoon of ajwain or carom seeds crushed
- 1 tablespoon of garam masala powder
- 1 tablespoon of crushed black pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoon of red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon of green cardamom powder
- 1 teaspoon of yellow food coloring
- 2 cups of fresh cream
- 1 tablespoon of refined flour or maida
- 1 tablespoon of besan or gram flour
- 200 gram of sesame seeds
For Sauce :
- 100 gram of chopped garlic
- 50 gram of honey
- 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
- red chili powder for added taste
- 4 lemons coupled added to the dish
- salt to taste
