    How to Make Rolled Oyster

    • Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan up to 180 degrees.
    • Sift the ½ cup flour, ¼ tsp salt and 1tsp baking powder in a bowl.
    • Beat 1 egg and ¼ cup of milk in another bowl. Beat till the egg and milk make a smooth batter together.
    • Take the cracker crumbs in a third bowl.
    • Take three oysters together, dip them into the first bowl of flour and try to give a round shape of the ball to them.
    • Then dip the ball-shaped oysters into the second bowl of egg and milk batter.
    • Then roll the oysters into the cracker crumbs and fry the rolled oysters in the pre-heated oil.
    • You would not like to cook the oyster balls very fast because you would like to have them thoroughly cooked.
    • Once the rolled oysters get golden brown texture, remove it from the oil and serve them hot.
