- 250 g prawns –cleaned, deveined, and washed
- 1/4 cup onions – finely chopped
- 2 green chillies, chopped finely
- 3 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 finely chopped tomato
- 1 pinch turmeric powder
- 3 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 handful coriander leaves – finely chopped
- 2 tbsp oil
- 3/4 piece cinnamon
- 1 tsp saunf
- A few curry leaves
- salt to taste
