How to make Piyush

  1. Whisk curd, milk, saffron infused milk, shrikhand, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, kewra water and sugar in a mixing bowl.
  2. Pour into small clay pots (matkas) and refrigerate for 2-3 hrs.
  3. Garnish with saffron and sliced pistachios and serve.
