How to Make Pesto Polenta Lasagna

  1. Preheat the oven to roughly 375 degrees and put oil into a baking dish measuring 11*7*2 inch.
  2. Arrange a layer of polenta right at the bottom of the baking dish that you have prepared for this purpose.
  3. Once the polenta has been spread at the bottom, put a layer of thin pesto over the polenta.
  4. Now put half of the sauce that you have over the polenta and then top with another layer of polenta.
  5. Once the final layer has been laid, pour the remaining sauce over it and spoon it carefully.
  6. Leave the concoction uncovered and bake it for 25 minutes. Now, turn on the broiler.
  7. Put a topping of cheese and nuts on the dish and put for broiling. Broil until the nuts are toasted and the cheese is brown.

Trivia

Lasagna is made through either rippled noodles or flat noodles. Rippled noodles are popular in southern Italy and United States, but are rarely enjoyed in Northern Italy.
