How to make Orange Chicken
- In a saucepan over medium-high heat, butter. When the butter melts completely and begins to let smoke, add springs onions and sauté till translucent. Add salt and ginger-garlic paste and continue stirring until the raw smell of garlic disappears.
- Stir in chicken pieces and let cook for about 3 minutes or until the chicken turns brown.
- Add the capers, stock, orange juice, vinegar, soy sauce, and orange zest and bring to a boil.
- Turn off the heat, add lemon zest and pepper, and garnish with parsley.
