    How to make Mutton Shawarma

    • Combine and mix yogurt, lemon juice, vinegar, water, and oil in a bowl.
    • Whisk in nutmeg, cumin, salt, cayenne pepper and mix well with the yogurt mixture.
    • Add the mutton, coat on every side and place it in a fridge.
    • Heat oil in a skillet, add mutton strips, cook until the meat becomes very tender, and turn mutton from time to time.
    • Remove from heat and serve at once.
