    How to make Mutton Kofta

    1. Pressure cook meat along with salt.
    2. Meanwhile, heat oil in wok and saute green chilies, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, and mint leaves. Add ginger-garlic pate and chopped onion and fry until translucent.
    3. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt. Stir to combine and let cook until the rawness of the spice powders diminishes.
    4. Stir in cooked meat and set aside to cool.
    5. Once cooled completely, blend the meat mixture; knead blended misture into a smooth dough and divide in to lemon-sized balls.
    6. Deep fry meatballs until golden and enjoy!
