How to Make Mutton Spring Rolls

  1. Clean the mutton.
  2. Add turmeric and salt and boil in a pressure cooker.
  3. Pour oil in a fry pan.
    1. Add ginger & garlic paste and onions.
    2. Fry until onions turn a golden color.
  4. Add soya and tomato sauce together.
  5. Mix both flours together in water.
    1. Add egg, ajinomoto, and pepper powder into the kneaded flour and stir well.
    2. Spread the flour on a dosa pan.
  6. Prepare 10 to 15 dosas like this.
  7. Put the fried stuff on the outer layer of dosa and rotate the dosa like a spring roll.
    1. Fry this stuffed roll in the oil and serve hot.

Mutton is an unpopular meat in the West with a few exceptions like the UK.
