1 tsp salt
1 tbsp cumin- grinded
1 tbsp garlic- powder
3/4 cup rice- rinsed
1 cup water
salt to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 onion- sliced and chopped

    Ingredients

    How to make

    • Add in a saucepan lentil, 2 tbsp water, salt, cumin, garlic powder, and heat for 5 minutes or until lentils become soft.
    • Add rice, olive oil, cover the pot and cook till rice is tender and soft.
    • Heat cooking oil in a saucepan and cook onion for 2 minutes till onion turns golden and crispy.
    • Spread the cooked onion on the rice mixture and serve at once
