Ingredients

How to Make Methi Khasta Roti

  1. Sieve flour and combine everything in a mixing bowl.
    1. Form a crumbled mixture using your fingertips.
    2. Add water little by little and knead to a firm dough.

Note: It should not be soft to not lose the crumble texture.

  1. Close and set aside for 15 mins.
  1. Divide dough into equal balls.
    1. Take a ball and roll it into circles.
  2. Heat tava and keep the roti.

Note: You can apply little oil/ghee.

  1. Keep it on medium flame.
  1. Place rotti over a cooking wire rack.
    1. Flip the roti over once brown spots begin to appear.
    2. Repeat till the roti is cooked completely on both sides.
    3. Repeat the process with other roti.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
