How to make Mango Cake

  • Preheat oven to 375 °
  • Grease a 9 x 5 in loaf pan.
  • Cream sugar and butter or margarine till cream mixture turns light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs and beat well.
  • Mix together flour and baking soda.
    • Blend into creamed mixture.
  • Fold in chopped nuts, vanilla, buttermilk, and mango puree.
  • Pour batter into a prepared pan.
  • Bake for 40-50 minutes.
