How to make Lamb Stuffed Zucchini

    • Cut and scoop the flesh of each zucchini but leave the shells.
    • Mix in a bowl chopped steak, nutmeg, rice, salt, and ground black pepper.
    • Pour the steak mixture into the zucchini but leave enough room for rice since it’ll expand.
    • Move zucchinis to a large pot, stir in tomato paste, and position a plate on the top of zucchinis so that they don’t bounce around when the sauce is boiling.
    • Cook for 35 minutes until you know that the rice is well cooked.
    • Serve at once.
