2 onion- finely chopped
15 g mint leaf- fresh and finely chopped
25 g coriander- fresh and finely chopped
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp chilli paste
2 tsp cumin- grinded
2 tsp coriander- grinded
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
salt to taste
4 tbsp vegetable oil

    Ingredients

    How to make Kofta Kebabs

    • Mix in a bowl minced lamb, mint, onion, coriander, ginger paste, chili paste, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, paprika, cover and place in a fridge.
    • Make sausages out of the lamb mixture and refrigerate a minimum of half hour and maximum up to 12 hours.
    • Preheat the grill and oil the grate and ensure the heat is well spread.
    • Cook for 8 minutes or until the lamb is done.
    • Serve it immediately.
