Ingredients

How to Make Italian Love Cake

  1. Prepare cake mix as directed on box.
  2. Pour batter into 9 x 13 x 2 in greased baking dish.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Combine ricotta cheese, sugar, vanilla, and eggs.
  5. Blend well.
  6. Spread mixture evenly over the top of the cake batter.
  7. Bake at 175 °C for 75 minutes if using a glass baking dish.

Note: Bake for 90 minutes if using a metal pan.

  1. Blend pudding mix and milk until the mixture thickens.
  2. Blend in whipped topping.
  3. Spread over the cooled cake.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
