14 oz cream- cold
3 large egg whites
1 oz Sugar

How to make Dark Chocolate Mousse

  1. Beat the cream to form soft peaks then setaside at room temperature. 
  1. Whip the egg with a mixer so that it forms soft peaks as well. 
  1. Add the sugar and continue the whipping process until it becomes firm. 
  1. Fold egg whites into the chocolate. 
  1. Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate as well, after the egg whiteshave been partially incorporated into the chocolate. 
  1. Refrigerate the mousse for about 1 hour. 
  1. Serve immediately.
