- 2 cups chopped crabmeat
- cup asparagus - cut up
- 1 small onion - chopped
- 1 clove garlic—minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 tbsp tbsp water
- 1 tbsp fresh basil - cut fine
- 1 tsp oregano- dried
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 1/2 tbsp flour
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup Italian cheese - grated
