Ingredients
- 200 g cubed paneer
- 1 large onion – peeled and cubed
- 1 large bell pepper - cubed
- 6 large garlic cloves – chopped finely
- 2 cm ginger pieces – chopped finely
- 3 green chilli peppers – cut in diagonals
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 pinch ajinomoto
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp green chilli sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp chilli powder
- 1 handful of spring onion – finely chopped
- salt to taste
Ingredients for Frying
- 3 tbsp all purpose flour or maida
- 6 tbsp corn starch
- 4 tbsp oil
- ½ tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Water as needed
- salt to taste
