Chana bhaji is a variation of the traditional Indian bhaji, in the sense that the dish contains boiled and mashed chickpeas instead of potatoes and other vegetables. How to make Chana Bhaji

  1. Heat oil in a wok.
    1. Add in onion, tomatoes, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, onion seeds, turmeric, chili powder, crushed red pepper, cumin seeds and salt.
    2. Fry very well.
  2. Add boiled chickpeas and 2 cups of water.
    1. Cover and cook on low flame for 10 – 15 minutes.
  1. Serve and enjoy!
