Ingredients

How to Make Cheesy Pizza Dip

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese.
  3. Then, add the oregano, parsley, and basil, and mix it well until the mixture begins to look fluffy and light.
  4. Once that is done, you will need to spread this mixture evenly in a pie pan and pour the pizza sauce on top of it.
  5. After spreading the layers evenly, sprinkle the remainder of the parmesan cheese and the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Then, add your preferred pizza toppings. Lastly, lightly sprinkle the Italian seasoning for an Italian taste.
  7. Let it bake for 20 minutes or so, or until it begins to warm and the cheese starts bubbling.

If you want to serve this with a toasted baguette, you will need to cut the baguette into 1 ½ inch slices, drizzle a little olive oil on top to coat the sides, and bake it for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Make sure you are flipping the bread half way so both sides are properly toasted.
