Ingredients

1 cup kabulichana- boiled
1 tbsp Corn flour
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp ginger--chopped
2 tsp green chili
1 cup capsicum- sliced
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp vinegar
salt to taste
1 tbsp coriander- chopped

How to make Chana Chilli

  1. Soak the kabulichana in water overnight, drain, and set aside. 
  1. Mix the corn flour and ½ cup of water, and set aside.
  1. Preheat oil in a saucepan; add the ginger, garlic, and green chillis andsauté for about 1 minute.

 Mix in your capsicum, soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup, and salt. Keep on heat for at least 1 more minute. 

  1. Mix in the corn flour, the kabulichana, coriander, and continue to heat for 2 more minutes. 
  1. Serve at once.

Trivia

Kabuli chana, or white chickpeas, are also known as garbanzo beans in Spanish speaking nations.
