1/4 lime juice
1/2 cup water
1 tsp Sugar
2-3 ice cubes (optional)

How to Make Blueberry Juice

  1. First wash blueberries thoroughly with cold water.
  2. Boil water in a large saucepan. Add in the fresh blueberries and sugar in it. Cook them over medium heat, stir occasionally.
  3. Once the water is boiled, turn the heat low. Bring it to simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Mash the blueberries with a potato masher or a fork.
  5. Pour the juice into a large mesh strainer over a container or a bowl. Press the blueberry pulp with the back of a spoon until all the liquid is released.
  6. Discard the blueberry pulps and seeds.
  7. Refrigerate the juice for 1 to 2 hours until it is cold.
  8. Transfer it into a glass.
  9. Add in the lime juice and ice cubes, if required.
  10. Serve it cold and enjoy!
